Sponsored Review: Acnes Creamy Wash & Acnes Sealing Jell

I was recently sent 2 products by Acnes to review and they are Acnes Creamy Wash & Acnes Sealing Jell. Acnes a sub-brand from Mentholatum and they are Japan's No.#1 best-selling skincare brand that is targeted to combat acne.

This range is wonderful for acne sufferers as it has a lot of beneficial properties, like Anti-Bacterial, Soothing, Deep Cleansing, Water Retentive(moisturising) and Anti-Oxidation to help eliminate the acne problem on hand.

I have tested the products out and here's my individual thoughts on them.

Acnes Creamy Wash

The Acnes Creamy Wash is mildly scented (it smells just like lime!) and foams pretty well. After washing my face, I did not experience any tightness or redness on my skin and I can safely say the product does not irritate my skin. I have tested it out for a week and I really feel that it helps to regulate the oil control on my skin and my skin does not get oily as fast as before. I also did not suffer any breakouts while I was on the product which is always a good thing. :)

Acnes Sealing Jell

Acnes Sealing Jell is to be used on pimples when you experience breakouts. It is in a gel-form and it is a non-greasy / sticky formula. It dries up pretty fast, however, you can still see a transparent film on the skin. It is great if you want to apply something on your pimple before applying makeup.
