AE, GS, HH, HVV

I practically have zero self control when it comes to shopping...especially online. The convenience, the accessibility, I don't even have to walk about to get a dress or two. Because of this, I usually end up not buying, but hoarding. Sucks. And the prices is very much cheaper online too.

Nowadays, I tend to buy dresses in colours which I have not already owned since I already do have a lot. So, if the combi is kinda weird, please pardon me. It's my way of consoling self for over-spending and saying that I do not have a dress is that particular colour, so it's okay..

Here's the few items that I got from AE's collections. AE love do manufacture designs by other high end brands.

Military Dress by Rare** for Topshop as seen here.

Oscar de la Renta Inspired Dress - Grapevine: X

As seen on Blake Lively (Serena) at the Gossip Girl set. It is from Oscar de la Renta Spring 08 Ready to Wear collection.

Top Shop Inspired Denim Dress - Light Washed Denim: X

Lace up corset side dress by TopShop from their Nov 09 collection.

So far so good, AE sizing for the items above fit me well. At least it's not overly suffocating at my bust area like the previous dress that I got from AE.

I also managed to get this item from Gipsy Scarlet's 1st collection.

Miranda Kerr Military dress: X

So far, I've owned 2 items from GS and I love both of them very much. The 1st dress, a corset black LBD, is lovely. The model for GS is apparently an acquaintance of Fir.

---

Some buys from HH. HH label carries mostly basics, great for casual wear.

Schoolgirl Knit Dress - Grey

Image and video hosting by TinyPicImage and video hosting by TinyPic
Lady Chiffon Sleeves Top - Navy

Image and video hosting by TinyPicImage and video hosting by TinyPic
Cropped ¾ Puff Sleeves Shrug - Brown

Their designs are usually very safe, but the great thing about it is that their clothes are very versatile! I can match with a lot of things since they are so plain and simple.

---

Some buys from HVV.

Button-Up Shirt Tunic - Cream

Image and video hosting by TinyPicImage and video hosting by TinyPic
Ralph Lauren Inspired Shirt Dress - White

I always love to get HVV's manufactured shirts! A downside, HVV items tend to look better in pictures than they do in real life. What a disappointment. The pictures are mostly overexposed and details of the clothes cannot be seen clearly. :(

I am waiting for a whole lot other parcels still. They better reach before I leave! :( Already imposed a ban on self from online shopping. I shopped hard this month...
